Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Real Coconut Studios ("we") collects when you play our games or use this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to Cauldron Mastery, Voidara and any future games that link here.

What we collect

• Game data: your progress, settings and purchases, so we can save your game and restore what you've bought.
• Device data: device model, operating system, language and an anonymous game ID, used to fix crashes and balance the games.
• Advertising data: if you choose to watch a rewarded ad, our ad partner may use your device's advertising ID. On iOS we ask your permission first.
• Messages you send us: your name, email and message when you contact support or use the forms on this site.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run our games, such as Apple, Google, Unity and the hosting company that runs our game servers. They process data only to provide their service to us. We never sell your personal data.

Children

Our games are made for a general audience. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). If you think a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we'll delete it.

Your choices and rights

• Turn off personalised ads in your phone's privacy settings.
• Ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct it.
• Delete your data in the game under Settings → Privacy → Delete my data, or by emailing us. We complete deletion within 30 days.

How long we keep it

We keep game data while you play and for up to 24 months after your last session. Support emails are kept for 12 months.

Terms of Service

By downloading or playing our games you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't play.

Your licence

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to play our games for non-commercial purposes. The games, characters, art and music remain ours.

Purchases

In-app purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play and follow their refund policies. Virtual items have no real-world value and can't be exchanged for money.

Fair play

Don't cheat, hack, or exploit bugs to gain an advantage on leaderboards. We may remove scores or suspend accounts that do.

Changes and availability

We update our games regularly and may change or remove features. We'll give notice in the game before shutting down a game that includes paid content.

Liability

The games are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses arising from your use of them. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
